What a lovely way to serve guests pate and other gourmet spreads! Made by husband and wife team, John and Heather at their studio on the family farm in southwest Ontario. Who knew when John gave Heather a welder for a birthday present that it would evolve into all this. After over 25 years, they are still enjoying the process of bringing a new design to life in steel.
We create our little knife out of high quality stainless steel, cutting and welding the parts together and completing the handle with our signature hammered leaf. It is then buffed to a bright polished finish. We don't hone a sharp edge on the blade so think of this tool as a spreader for any soft toppings, even butter or soft cheese. Approximately 8 1/2" long, dishwasher safe and ready to use!
