Made by husband and wife team, John and Heather at their studio on the family farm in southwest Ontario. Who knew when John gave Heather a welder for a birthday present that it would evolve into all this. After over 25 years, they are still enjoying the process of bringing a new design to life in steel.
They start with a high quality flexible serrated knife blade, forge and weld on the unusual handle and finish it with a signature hammered leaf. They buff the completed knife to a high polish. The handle detail looks great from either side so its perfect for right or left handed users.
This knife is dish washer safe and ready to use. An even better way to enjoy fresh baked bread!
