| I designed this bowl specifically for the Hearts for the Arts fundraiser. As a ceramic artists, I wanted to make something functional and painted in my style using a heart in my design. My artwork is inspired by body artwork/tattoos and the winged heart is a common and recognizable inspiration and may appeal to a broad audience. This fundraiser is important to me as it directly benefits our schools in the Santa Cruz community. |
